You agree at all times to: (i) provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form or otherwise; and (ii) maintain and update your information (including your e-mail address) to keep it accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may terminate your Account and your ability to use this Website and, in our sole discretion, to report you to the appropriate authorities.
You understand and agree that, in addition to the foregoing restrictions, we reserve the right to change, remove, alter or delete any username at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer your right to use or access this Website via your username or password to any third person.

YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, theft or misappropriation of your account, username, or password. We shall not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your username or password, either with or without your knowledge.

Product Condition and Warranties:

Carefully read all descriptions and details of each offer / listing. All products are sold as is. If there is a difference of condition and/or composition greater than 2%, an RMA request must be made withing 7 days of receipt of goods. All RMA requests should be documented and include pictures. Products should be properly packaged and have the RMA tag affixed to all boxes/skids. Product received without an RMA number will not be processed and EOS is not responsible for loss of improperly labeled packages.

Bidding, Payment and Logistics:
All bids are final and binding.

NOTE: Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. We reserve the right to cancel winning bids and resell the lot if the buyer is not prepared to pay within 3 days of auction close. If you are unable to accomplish this, you must notify us in writing detailing the payment timeframe which will then be reviewed by management.

Buyers are required to provide a current and valid Resale Certificate or they will be charged the applicable sales tax in their jurisdiction.

All payments must be made in US Dollars via Wire transfer, or Paypal. Paypal payments will have a 4.5% (domestic USA) or 4.5% (international) fee added to the invoice. The full amount of the invoice must be received. Payment must clear before product can leave the facility. Please do not bid/purchase any lot unless you are 100% confident you can pay and ship according to these rules. Failure to pay and ship orders on time will revoke future purchase privileges.

Future bids will not be accepted until the invoice payment is received.

All transportation costs and logistics are the responsibility of the buyer. All material must be picked up within 3 days of payment receipt.
